"Stopped in for lunch. You pick two and a coffee was $24. Mac n cheese came out cold and when I notified the staff (immediately after getting my food from the counter) they told me “we have a microwave right over there” ??????? Be prepared to cook your own expensive meal!!!!"
"Did an online order for a couple of no toasted bagels. When I picked up my order and got home, i had cold toasted bagels . I got a tub of cream cheese that was only half full. Went back to the store and got the correct ones with no im sorry or any compensation for my trouble."
"I used to be a big Panera bread fan but I stop due to most of them serve small portions, me and my wife came today and we definitely got more food than what we thought. Price still good but one thing that I didn’t find it was the same and that’s the green papaya tea tasted like water the pizza was great but not big fan of the bread bowl."

"It’s open-! I felt so welcomed today! They have WAY more sitting space than Starbucks, not as much echo. The areas with the long benches have PLUGS for your laptops. Quick friendly service. Amazing selection of food in the drive through too! Cafe is VERY well lit. Excellent food choices. Very clean. Breakfast menu is on the inside cafe area. Thank you for a lovely first impression already store 6259, looking forward to studying here!!"
