"I didn’t get the name of the employee who helped me today, but she was very sweet and kind. I have never met a more kind and caring worker in the restaurant industry. I think when I called to place my order, she was the one who helped me and gave recommendations for meals. I ordered 2 kids meals and a couple of sides for me and my 1 kid. I love this restaurant so much. I come here a few times, but I have been coming back once a week here just for the food and customer service. The food is really good and service is above and beyond."

"My meal was supposed to have pasta with chicken and there was no pasta and my knot roll was burnt and hard, I wasn’t able to eat it. Very disappointed!! I was highly recommended that they had really good food. I guess I ordered on the wrong day. ☹️"

"Cariera's is a fast casual type of restaurant. It's located in strip mall but don't let that mislead you. The food is very good and the staff is polite. Bathrooms are clean and the restaurant interior seem to be very well maintained. You order at the front counter are given a number and then find your seat. I think it took about 10 to 15 minutes for our orders to come out. There was plenty of sauce on our pasta dishes which is great because I do not like a dry pasta. We were introduced to this location by a neighbor and it has become our go-to spot for takeout Italian or a quick sit down. I had the lasagna which was one of the best lasagnas my wife said she had had. I also had the chicken mushroom pasta and my wife had the pasta a la vodka with chicken. All of them were great. My rating system consists of a 3-star being exactly what I expected and neither good nor bad. A 4 means something was extra special whether it was service, food, staff, etc., and a 5 means I was blown away. A 2 star rating was disappointing with no offer to correct the experience and a 1-star rating was terrible"
