"sadly, this location is terrible and I would not be surprised if they don’t last another year or two. Service is incredibly slow, they’re generally understaffed. And recently we got in there and they were out of chicken, steak. Carnitas were bottom of the barrel. Virtually every side was at the bottom of the tray almost empty. I was served crispy brown rice. This was at 8pm!? Honestly, would never go back here again."

"I was extremely disappointed as I have enjoyed other Chipotle locations for years. After reading the most recent reviews, I wish I had just gone next door to Culvers. The rice was crunchy and undercooked. Everything was over salted so it blew out my tastebuds. All the bins were low on food even though it looked like there were plenty of people working there. It was dirty as well. Unfortunately this place is poorly managed. Please get someone in to train everybody and get up to Chipotle standards. The worst part is it made me sick within minutes of eating it. I hope I don't have food poisoning. Just don't eat here. I paid $17 for salt and problems."

"Pre ordered a kids meal. Simple, right? They have a drive up, which we thought was convenient. Thankfully, we looked in the bag since most of the meal was missing! It seemed lazy that they could not get one kids meal correct. We had to ask for the items- fruit, napkins, utensils. Then they asked for the receipt! Did they think we were trying to scam them out of a mandarin orange? After all that, we still had to ask for the drink!"

"Dr. Phillips location on Sand lake Rd is the worst. They always run out of one thing or another. Today, they didn't have chicken. So, I went with veggie and guess what? They didn't have corn and guacamole. How can you run out of corn? It seems they just didn't want to open another packet of corn. And Manager doesn't know how to handle this type of situation or talk to people as if she didn't git any training and was rude. Also, the trash cans were full and overflowing. Restrooms were dirty as hell too."

"the rice that i received was hard as if it was re-heated. i understand if you have a batch still and you dont want it to go to waste but be considerate of people who are wanting to buy hot food, we expect it to be fresh and not old, re-heated food. the food was disgusting."
