"Placed an online order at this location. Order estimate stated 28-33mins. I got there around the 35min mark. As soon as I come in and gave my name, was told by the cashier that the order was still being worked on. I patiently waited about 40mins... Come to find out my order HAD been ready, and sitting on the order rack for about 25-30 mins. No one called out order numbers, the cashier never checked the new ones that came in. So not only did I waste my time, but by the time I got home the food was completely cold; so I wasted my money as well. And problem is, this was the second time this has happened to me at this location. But it will definitely will be the last."

"The disabled cash lady was so rude and disrespectful she refused to refill my drink after I payed $3.59 for which is crazy for a regular drink. She made a stand at the register as she used my phone to write a survey about her and had me write 3 positive sentences about her saying I could get a “free side” . The food was ok at most…."

"Placed order online, confirmation stated 21-26 minutes. Arrived at store at about 25min, order was not done, was told they were finishing it up. Other orders were leaving which I understand as I am not aware how those orders were placed and how long they have been waiting. I had been waiting for about 10 min when a couple walked in to place an order, they were told no long than 20 min. 10 min later their order was ready but mine was not. At this point it had been 40 minutes since my order was placed. About 5 minutes later I was able to pick up my order. 45 minutes in total since i placed my order I was able to pick it up. When I returned home, the food was barely warm, fries were cold and soggy. I had order extra done and extra seasoning. I received neither. There was almost no seasoning what so ever on the fries. The wings did not taste like the normal sauce I always get and the chicken sandwich was extremely bland. No season, nothing on the bun either. This is the second time I have had issues with this location. The two people in back spent more time talking and joking with each other than doing their job and tending to the customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!"
