"The employee that scheduled my appointment was condescending and rude. They talked at me and made the process of scheduling an appointment long and uncomfortable. The words they used were professional but the tone was unnecessary and unfriendly. I feel that it’s important to remember that many of the patients calling to schedule appointments are doing so because of a potential medical issue and do not need the additional frustration from a person answering the phone that sounds like they don’t want to be in the customer service industry. The two technicians that did my imaging services were very nice and polite. The technician that did the ultra sound has an inviting and calming demeanor and I wish I remembered her name to publicly say Thank you."

"Terrible experience… the lady putting my IV in had to stick me 5 different times & still had to come in and fix it again while getting my MRI. The tech was amazing but people that can’t get an IV started shouldn’t be working there. I work for Coastal Health, which sends a lot of patients, but I will be informing our physicians and referral coordinator so this doesn’t happen to our patients!!"
