McDonald's

"I'm a regular customer at this location and last night I went to order food for my daughter through the drive thru. It was only a 10 piece nuggets and fries and the drive thru employee told me to pull up to the yellow sign. I'm one that does not like to complain so I kindly pulled up to the yellow sign to wait for my daughter's Nuggets. An employee came out and handed the orders to everyone else that was parked waiting for their food but totally ignored me. I didn't say anything. I kindly waited. 30 minutes later I'm still in the parking lot waiting for my nuggets and no one has come out yet to give me my order so I decided to back up to the drive thru window when there was no cars because I found it strange that I was being completely ignored and no one was coming out to bring me my food after 30 minutes and this McDonald's is usually pretty quick. When I backed up to the drive thru window the same employee that told me to pull up to the yellow sign looks at me like I was a stranger and like he didn't know what I was talking about. He looks around and finds a bag with an order of 10 piece nuggets inside and a medium fries and just hands it to me without saying anything. It looks like my order just sat there for 30 minutes and they completely forgot about me and when he finally gave me my order that sat there the whole time it was cold already. Everyone got their orders and left and I was the only car left in the parking lot waiting for food. They completely forgot about me and ignored me and if I hadn't backed up my car to the drive thru, I would've never gotten my order. I'm not one that likes to complain and rush things. That's why I waited a whole 30 minutes before I realized I was completely ignored and forgotten."

"I hate to admit this but in the last 3 weeks I have been to this McDonald’s for a late night meal atleast 7 times. I always use the McDonald’s app because the deals are always great, tonight I pulled up to the first window and was greeted by a female manager, super nice and great customer service, I thought to myself that’s crazy they have their manager working the window at 10:30 pm. Then I get to the second window and there was a SECOND manager working. I was so surprised because I saw other employees in the back working but I took my chance to let (I believe his name was Saul) know that food an service these last few weeks have been great, and the ice cream machine has been working past 10pm! You guys save me when I got off work late from 10 hour shifts at my own restaurant job. The food has been great and if you’ve taken the time to read this far don’t go to the other McDonald’s on 192 they suck. This one is way better!"

"I got dinner from this McDonald's last night. When I got home I unwrapped and took a bite out of my double cheese burger and there was someone's hair stuck in the meat. Zoom in on the picture and you will see the hair. Definitely not mine I am a bald dude"
