"This is my local Burger King. I can say that they just had a remodel and it looks great, they added an additional drive thru. Food quality is hit or miss, depending on the time of day. I have never had an issue with breakfast. Lunch and dinner time , both food and wait times can be a bit much. Staff is usually decent, but does change quite a bit, especially in the evenings. I am hoping that the additional drive thru will help speed up the slow moving times in the evening."

"This is the worst Burger King I have been to in my life. A nice renovation didn’t fix terrible service. Don’t go to the second drive thru lane, you’ll watch 3 customers get orders taken before you. The food is cold, the service is terrible. Wanted to give it another shot after the reno thinking they overhauled everything. Man did I learn my lesson!"

"I am at your location right now picking up 2 ubereats orders. I went through the drive thru and had to go back around to confirm the orders. I was in line and had six cars in front of me and had to go out of my way to go back around because your employees are not properly trained. When I went to the other drive thru lane, they took a few other people before us. The store is very understaffed and need to be retrained again properly."

"This was the worst restaurant experience of my life. The manager was extremely rude even though they messed up on my order several times. The Hispanic lady inside maybe the manager actually made me cry because she acted like I was trying to get free food when I didn’t even get my complete order. She put ketchup on the burgers even though we asked her not to. Then when I complained about the ketchup after asking for our missed items and it showed on the receipt that we asked for no ketchup she still wanted to see my burgers. I asked for lettuce as a bun and they said no. Then put my burger on the paper that fell apart from all the moisture. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! Go to McDonald’s or somewhere else, but don’t waste time or money here."

"Onion rings were freezing cold as soon as I open the bag after leaving the drive-through. The chicken sandwich is absolutely terrible. Funny thing is, my food was given to me by the manager. He put it in the bag. Should definitely know better than to hand people food like this. I know it’s fast food and I’m not expecting a gourmet sandwich, but come on this is ridiculous.
