I was disappointed with my order and while the experience was unusually sub par he made the time to personally call me and make it right. Gave me the truth and provided great resolution while exchanging feedback. Really appreciate that kind of gesture and service. coming from similar background in my career, it shows that this is a community staple and proud of their service."

"Pizza was pretty good, eggplant was seasoned way to much to eat. We were to tired to take it back. Parking could use some lighting. I would be concerned for my wife at night"

"Rudest customer service ever! New in the area and I asked the lady on the counter about what a thick pizza means and if it is like Sicilian pizza and right away stop me before I finished talking to say "this is Florida we don't make pizza like Chicago or Sicilian" didn't explain what the pizza is like. There's no A/C in the dining area! Low stock on beverage! Meanest lady ever! No wonder the place is empty! After all the thick pizza is like little Caesars just extra greasy.. not impressed by the flavor nor the customer service!"

"If I could give a zero star I would. They treated my family n I really bad after refusing raw food and half orders. I wish I saved the pics of the food other items but I needed to make space in my phone!!!!! We demanded a refund they made us wait over an hour for the owner. The owner has his phone set to only saved contacts could call him. Did they were able to get in touch with him but the number they gave us continuously went to the voicemail. He finally called us back and had them redo our food. I appreciate that but being on vacation that was a waste of our time!!! Employees attitude was so bad they didn’t even want to come greet the other customers!!! Never again!!!"

"Burnt Garlic Rolls. Greasy Soggy Pizza. Burnt Meatballs. Ordered take out and was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I called to speak them, I told them the meatballs were blackened on the top side and the rolls were burnt on the bottom. She apologized and said "That's the way the rolls come, we only have one way to cook them." I was not offered new food nor a discount back to my card. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be ordering food from here again... And by the looks of other reviews, they are not going to stop burning the rolls anytime soon. Now we know why Hungry Howie's is thriving and this place was empty when I picked up the food."
