"Everytime Ive ordered from here my food is always messed up in some way, whether it's missing parts of the food or just lacking what I actually ordered, an example is that I ordered three softshell tacos with light cheese and steak substitute and regular lettuce, when I went to eat it there was no lettuce whatsoever"

"No one welcomes you in or thanks you on the way out. If you want a cashier prepare to stand and wait until you can call one over. Then the order took 22 minutes from the moment we paid. As we saw car after car leave the drive through lane. When we finally received our order it was incomplete. No apologies from the manager (Tina). I will never be back dine in or drive through. Every single table had a piece of trash on it. Just a complete lack of empathy and poor customer service after waiting so long."

"This is how I receive my food, that’s a Quesadilla? I was working the hole day without eat something and stop there cause I start to feel bad…for people who work in fast food please, you don’t know how was the day of the person that it’s buying the food, please be kind and give the food correctly, of you don’t like your job, just QUIT. "Where do I begin I don’t mind waiting for my food I’m not one to complain on how long it takes but however when it takes a long time and still comes out wrong that’s a problem first they mix the boxes they put other items that don’t belong in the box inside and leave out what actually belongs in the box missing a whole two tacos out of one box all that was in the box was cinna bons and fries the nacho cheese Gordita was in the other box along with one of the side burritos ordered taco was broke up first time having it an didn’t enjoy it the cheese was barely filled for the fries both of my Doritos tacos barely had any meat I could continue but I’m not you get the picture."

"They always have great staff that are friendly and want to help. However, ALWAYS check to make sure you got the right order when they give you your food. The past 2 times they've given me the wrong order or missing half of my order. Even though they always made it right afterwards!"
