The Meltdown

"Love going here to eat. 3 waitresses, that work here are amazing. I am a little sad that one, Tiffany, will be leaving. Her, Ashley and Jessica are the greatest. Depending on who works for Tiffany on Mondays depends on if we keep going every Monday or not. Food is always great."

"I placed an order via Uber; I ordered "a combo" and received the combo minus the drink. I called the store and spoke with the manager, who told me to go in and he'd give me the drink, to which I replied that I was a physician filling in at a local clinic and could not leave the office. He then stated that "all he could do for me was put my name on a list and the next time I went there he'd give me my drink", to which I repeated the previous statement emphasizing that I was a fill in and didn't usually come to the area, maybe he could send someone to bring me the drink, to which he replied he had no one to do that--I responded that he could get in his car and bring me my drink, to which he replied: "I'm the manager on duty and I can't do that", to which I replied "...then be prepared to receive a 1 star and a negative review on Google." And here it is!!!"
