"Place is okay but getting records is difficult for patients and doctors. My doctor's office was in contact with Dadeland to obtain the report from my MRI and has not received it. I was lucky enough to get a CD when I left. One other time, I could not get a CD because they ran out of discs! Update- dr will not be getting report- it is not available! Some sort of glitch."

"I arrived at 4:15 pm for my 4:30 pm MRI appointment; I filled the usual bunch of forms and awaited for my turn. After 45 minutes, one of the nurses notified me that there was an additional two-hour wait. I canceled the appointment and walked out. There are other establishments available in Miami for a MRI; I went to a Baptist facility closed by home and got the MRI that my Doctor requested. Their service was efficient, professional and on time. We (the patients) should not tolerate careless and below professional standard service; they earned the 1 start because 0 was not an option."

"Terrible experience. They forced me to reschedule my appointment on the same day at an earlier time and at their convenience because earlier patients cancelled on them, and they did not want to wait only for me. I made the effort to come earlier to the appointment, just to find out, after filling out all paperwork and waiting, that they didn't have the equipment to do what my prescription required. So they didn't even took the time to read the prescription before scheduling the appointment. Terrible customer service"

"I have had many MRI's but still do not like them as I have a difficult time being in tight spaces. Although I did not say anything, the technician Danny must have noticed and went out of his way to help me feel better about the procedure. At all times he kept in communication with me, informed me and even helped calm me down. The entire process was actually as good as it can get (considering it is something I don't look forward to). I called on a Monday and by Wednesday they had acquired a copy of my Rx, received approval through my Insurance and scheduled me for an appointment for that day. Thanks again, I'll recommend your business and I'll return (hopefully I won't ever need to)."

"Amazing service! I play a lot of contact sports and have had many MRI’s done in south Florida and Dadeland MRI & CT was definitely top notch. It was super easy to schedule my appointment and there wasn’t a ridiculous wait time like most other centers. As a bonus, the imaging technicians were all super nice and the equipment was all new and very clean. If I ever need more tests/scans in the future, I definitely won’t be going anywhere other than here."
