"Bonsai Sushi in Wesley Chapel, Florida, offers a wide assortment of Asian food options. Appetizers, soups, cooked and raw rolls, combos and dinners. They also have one of the largest sake selections of any sushi restaurant in Tampa Bay. They offer both warm and chilled sakes. Their premium or chilled sake selections is very large and impressive. I really enjoyed the Otoyama. You can choose from familiar and custom sushi rolls too. I tried the Bonsai Tree. It is fresh salmon, white fish (usually Tilapia), avocado, Krab stick, masago wrapped in thin sliced cucumber with a rice vinaigrette. Very refreshing on a warm night. I also enjoyed the Wesley Chapel Roll. It is salmon and tuna in a roll topped with shredded krab stick served on spicy mayo drizzle. If you are a tuna lover, then ask for the tuna tartar… it is not on the menu."

"Do not be discouraged by the outside or limited parking out front, as this is one of the best sushi places in the Wesley Chapel area! The service is amazing and the food quality is so fresh! I always look for a sushi roll with Mango and they did not disappoint! Prices are very reasonable. Grab yourself a glass of plum wine and have some of the most perfectly crafted sushi around!"

"Dining room was very clean and service was super friendly and attentive. The menu is very large so it took some time to figure out what we wanted. We ordered pork dumplings (very good), vegetable tempura (I wouldn't order again, needed salt and wasn't very hot), sushi was very fresh and delicious. We would come back again anytime, however, Umu down the street has a more creative menu with some highly quality items. Prices were typical for what we ordered."
