"Dine in. Today we had an excellent dinner here at Cedar River Seafood. This was our first time there and we were pleasantly surprised to have a wonderful experience here. I had fried scallop dinner my husband had Cat fish both were excellent. Clam chowder was good also. Only disappointment was only 1 lobster, ran out of sweet potatoes, clam strips two out of 3 that we wanted. We lived without them. Must have been a busy day. We will return and hopefully bring friends."

"I go to Cedar River seafood quite often and really enjoy going there. Great seafood at a very reasonable price. The service is always excellent. Shannon is a sweet person. Tonight, they were short-staffed and the tables and booths were full and there was a customer waiting line, but Shannon still was cheerful and provided our table with prompt service!"

"Friendly and hard working staff. Food came out quickly and decent flavor. I chose blackened shrimp and flounder. Okra was friend nicely, hush puppies where tasty and garlic mashed potatoes were made from scratch. Inside of the restaurant could use a freshing up/updating but over all decent place."

"Cedar River is a great little place to get some delicious seafood. Upon many visits here, we have consistently had a great experience. The food has always been fresh, hot, and tasty. The service has been pretty good overall. Some of my favorites are fried catfish, fried okra, green beans, fried oysters, and you have to get their fried green tomatoes."

The attractively priced senior value meals are an excellent consideration. Some selections under $15 per meal! I had the deviled crab and broiled shrimp senior "half & half" with slaw and down home country green beans. Those beans reminded me of Grandma's cooking! It is a neighborhood popular restaurant!"
