Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Chipotle last night. I placed an order for pick up at 8:40 pm and arrived on time, only to find myself waiting in the drive thru for over 35 minutes past the scheduled pick up time. Frustrated and hungry, I had no choice but to walk inside, still in my robe, where I was met with an attitude from multiple staff members. To make matters worse, I was informed that there was only one person working the drive thru, which explained the absurd wait time. The staff's lack of concern for the delayed service was evident as they giggled and laughed at me for wearing my robe, completely disregarding my frustration and inconvenience. Upon finally receiving my order, I discovered that despite requesting double chicken, I was only served a single serving. This added insult to injury, leaving me thoroughly unsatisfied with my experience. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers at this Chipotle location is unacceptable. I am extremely displeased and will not be returning. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I urge others to consider their options before choosing this location."
