"Young woman employee had an attitude and was snotty to customers and fellow enployee. When asking about charges for order, I was met with attitude and eventually name calling. Her coworker was also confused by the charges and said I was being over charged. Her attitude and name calling which I normally brush off but I was shocked by the complete over-the-top disrespect over a single question about the charge and pricing policies. I told her no tip as I was paying and was prompted and that set her off. Eventually, she yelled across the restaurant "get thr f... out of my store' as I was already leaving. Other customers waiting in line heard this. I will not be back to any location in the area. I emailed subway and received no response so apparently they do not care. To be clear, the male worker who made my sandwich and was trying to help with my question was really good and pleasant."

"I only came here after a long day of work, around 10 pm, and Miss Amy, who assisted me, provided excellent service. She was very friendly and warm in her approach. I definitely recommend this place"

"This subway is my go to since close to home. The previous manager and staff was always very polite and has been at this location for maybe year or more. Stopped this week and there is a new staff. Person making my sub seemed uninterested in serving me. Didn’t spread the tuna just “ plopped” on bread. Didn’t follow my desire of of options. They did honor coupons ( expired 10 days) which other manager always did. But was told that upper manager Chris, said not to. Usually this store is very busy at lunch but not this day. Maybe it is the new staff? Would have given 3 stars but since they did honor this one time coupon, gave 4. Not sure I’ll be back to this location."
