"I honestly don’t know where to begin…Placed an order via the app for this location. Order placed at 6:20 with anticipated pickup window of 6:30. Arrived at 6:40, asked about order and no one could tell me the status. I was told by the employee that their job was to take the food when ready and give it to customer, and that’s all. Meanwhile, another employee is wandering around the back of the store. He finally goes out the back door and begins to throw up outside and then lays down on the ground. At 7:20, an hour since I ordered my food, I decided to leave and find something to eat elsewhere. If you decide to eat here, be afraid, be very afraid."

"I made order ticket number2023 when I went home the chicken has no test but I can say it test so bad it seem like no seasoning I come back to return it and got my money back the cashier in the receipt her name Corey refuse to return the chicken and keep saying nothing wrong with the chicken with a very angry and rude attitude and treat me very bad also she refuse to give me my money back and give other chicken with the same test I am urging the district managers to take an action as it is apparent I am not the only one.I will NOT return to this location unless such rude people continue to work. What a disappointing experience."

"I’m a regular at this location and the new GM Chris Ramos has really turned this store around ! The food quality and customer service has been excellent lately and Chris always checks in to see how my meal is tasting and makes sure I’m stuffed full of the warm and fluffy biscuits. Bathrooms are spotless and never a crumb on the floor in the dining area"

"Nasty, nasty, nasty! Ordered a 3 piece tenders meal and came home to find 3 grease soaked thighs sitting in a puddle of grease in the box. Gross! This was our second attempt with this kfc and we won’t be back since they didn’t give us half our food the first time we went there. Done!"

"As bad as the reviews say. Twice they didn’t give sauces with box meal. There’s literally cutouts for the sauces in the box. Ordered spicy wings only got 6 out of the 8. Sloppy even by kfc standards. Deion would be ashamed (as I am in myself for going back a second time)"
