Wingstop

"Some weeks ago I order 20 wings and they only gave me 15, I call and they wanted me to bring the food back when I live in the deep part of Brooksville. The Manger gave me credit for the 5 wings and that was fine. Now fast forward to today superbowl Sunday, I order 30 wings and they only gave me 28. I called again and they wanted me to drive 15-20 minutes back to the store so they can count them like I would call and tell them a lie nun the less the food would be cold driving back and forth. I told the manager do not worry I will call the Corporate Office about this, it can not be that hard to count. I was already upset that they would not make my wings well-done because it was superbowl day and they don't have time for wings to have extra time. Which is a really bad excuse, you are paying for a service how do you tell someone that you can have your food they way you want it. It wasn’t a hard ask or a crazy one. So I will take my experience to their corporate office and tell them that this is the service they are dishing out. I will not be ordering from here again. I should not have to count my food after you did this to me once it should have made it you main priority to not let this happen to a repeat customer."

"I've ordered food from this Wingstop before and did not have a problem, but today was awful. Both the boneless wings and fries were salted to the point of making them inedible. I tried to use a pasta strainer to get the salt off the fries and even though I got about half a cup of salt of them they are still what I would to call future stroke fries. I've never had a fast food establishment let me down like this. I wont order from here ever again. What a way to start the New Year. Someone has to be upset in that store to do this to anyone. The picture of the fries was after I got off that half cup of salt."

"I ordered my wings last night at 10:30pm picked them up at 11:00 drove all the way home found out it was the wrong order brought it back to them 2 minutes before they close so I can get my refund , I brought back all the food and then they gave me incorrectly then I was denied a refund because the drawers were already counted 2 minutes before they close I was promised I could get a refund the next day and when I show up the male manager tells me that there's no way I can get a refund I can only get credit. As he saying all this I'm showing him that I am currently on hold for 7 minutes on the phone with his store. After disputing a bit I finally got my refund but initially all I wanted was some boneless wings. I feel like this situation could have been handled better on their part."

"Ordered door dash 20 wings well done. 5 lemon pepper , 8 mild , 7 bbq. Not well done at all . Very disappointed . I have to throw it away I can’t eat chicken like this is makes me sick. Called store to complain lady answered said call door dash and hung up on me ."

"This is our second time ordering from this wingstop and both times it has been extremely disappointing. I asked for extra well done and they were not. I asked for wet wings and they weren't. Asked for extra sauce and it wasn't in the bag. The fries which I attached pictures below were a half of a order each and the Buffalo ranch fries had no ranch and barely any Buffalo sauce. The estimated wait time was inaccurate as it took far longer."
