"I have ate here many times but this time was disappointing. I asked for pickle on the side for both sandwiches I ordered and got no pickle. Sandwiches were cold. My daughters sandwich I asked for light lettuce and light onion if they could chop the onion up a little. However they missed that memo also. My sandwich was suppose to be no veggies and there was pieces on lettuce and a piece of onion in my sandwich which I hate onions. For the price I paid for two large sandwiches it was very disappointing as I love firehouse.Service was so so not terrible but not great either. Employees need to pay a little better attention to customers. Atmosphere was nice clean and inviting."

"The rating has nothing to do with the staff or the service I experienced. This rating is simply based on preference. The cashier was very attentive and detail oriented. The staff worked efficiently and quickly. It was actually a pleasure to see them work so well. Finally, the order was correct. I simply did not feel the food tasted well. The chili was bland and reminded me of something from a school cafeteria. The meat on the brisket sub tasted salty. Again, this is simply my opinion. The food may taste fine to others. I will encourage people to try and see for themselves. Moreover, the service and staff were top-notch."
