"I'm completely pissed off with this place. I have ordered from them often, but tonight I made sure they heard my order and repeated it back to me!! So after a very long day at work I figured I order dinner and they forgot the one thing I told them not to forget! I will never order from them again. They have no problem charging so much for there food and CAN'T GET THE ORDER CORRECT!! I actually liked the food but tonight I couldn't enjoy it and then I called to complain and they didn't even apologize for Their mistake. So I'm done!"

"I placed my order an hour before closing on a Friday night and was given a delivery time of 45 minutes which was completely reasonable. I was very pleasantly surprised when my food arrived piping hot im about 20 minutes. Delivery person was super nice, ordering was very easy using their online portal and the food was Delish!!! What more could I ask for?! Thank you Hot Wok!!"

And chicken lo mein and the wonton soup. The people are very friendly there. Good prices. Very clean restaurant.i will go back again."

"Poor customer service when something is wrong with your food. They offered to replace the food I had ordered after I found a worm in it. I let them know that I would not like to eat there food. Offered me a different meal with the same price. I also did not want it. Obviously I lost my appetite. They didn't even apologize. I had to literally ask for a refund because it was not something they offered me previously. Not going to order from them again."
