Burger King 1394 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34606

"Impossible Burger was only warm, the onion rings were cold and stale. Cashier was nice but the drive thru lady was pushy and a little rude. I will not visit again for a good long time"

"The worst Burger King in the state of FLORIDA. I ordered a Fish sandwich/ order of Fries/ and some type of cheese balls. Everything was dry and cold. It seems like they put the food inside the freezer after they cook it. Thereafter it taste like if was in the hot bin been for 2days. I could have went to the pet store and bought dry dog food and that would have had a better taste. Why would Burger King spend a multitude of money to build a new store to sell Garbage....."

"The new building is nice. Service was ok I guess, 2 of our sandwiches were wrong but it took so long to get them that we just scraped the stuff off and suffered through food we really didn't like. Order taler really not familiar with menu. We went inside but the line was wrapped literally around the building at 6:30/6:45ish p.m. and even when we wanted to leave we couldn't, the drive thru line had us blocked in. Made the mistake of wanting to order a shake to take home...A shake, as in 1 shake, and that added another 15 minutes to the time we were stuck there. I'm sorry, as someone who has been in good service for 30+ years, there's no reason why 1 shake should equal a 15 minute wait...so long story short, nice building but there wasn't anything remotely fast about this fast food. And honestly I feel bad even leaving the review because I know how it is in food service but when the new building is THE ONLY good thing you have going for you...yeah just go to another location for dinner..."

"It's ok food, kinda pricey for what you get. Salty, dry, not much flavor in general. Customer service was fantastic though. The lady that took my order is wasted at BK."

"They tore down the BK next door and built this new one on the corner with easier access. All brand new modern architecture and the food improved."
