"Our server Michelle was an expert. She was aware of everyone & quick to meet needs and expectations. She was friendly & personable without being intrusive. The food was excellent and was ready quickly."

"My wife and I came in there for dinner around 6pm the other night. We sat down there was a blonde older server there that was talking very nasty about her coworkers and managers that worked that morning. Stating very loudly, she was the only one who did anything around there. Even if that is true, she ruined our experience at your establishment because we came in for a peaceful dinner, and she just kept on. As our server brought out the food, I asked to speak to a manager, and my server told me that she couldn't go get the manager because she was the only cook there. WHAT! We waited around for a while, wanting to speak to her. And to our surprise, she was so very lovely, kind and apologetic. Bonnie did nothing but apologize and ask if there was anything she could do to help improve our visit. You could see the look of desperation in her eyes. My question is, how would any manager be able to control or even be aware of what is going on in the place if she is doing another job? Was this a bad night, or is this how Denny's operates? How do you keep managers if so?"

"Several times in the past service was good. Today the waitress M.G. took our order and went over and cleaned tables instead of placing the order with the kitchen. 35 minutes went by and she did not check on us. I just wanted a straw for my water. At 40 minutes I stopped her and mentioned I needed to be in a meeting and we would need to go containers. 5 more minutes and she has the food and check and said we need to understand that Sundays are busy and we will need to wait. The restaurant was a little busy, but we have been there in the past, same busy, and not waited 45 minutes for scrambled eggs and pancakes. We heard complaints and no apologies. We left a tip and we were not mean, but it would be nice to know if it is going to take 45 minutes to an hour for food. Other customers had to wait also."

"Ms. Barbara was friendly and sweet. She made everyone feel welcome. While we were there, a couple came in with their son and believe it or not, the staff knew exactly what they wanted! This made us feel very comfortable. It was a very family friendly oriented restaurant. Our burgers came quickly and perfect- medium well, juicy and hot!!! The whole staff was great!!! Can't wait to stop by again!"
