McDonald's

"Terrible service had to wait five minutes to order even though there was no one else in line. Then had to wait to pay. Then get to the window and get my kids happy meals and drinks. I pulled off expecting everything to be fine. There was no one else in front of me. And they had it ready when I got to the window. But my daughter's hamburgerwas half haphazardly thrown in and had gotten catch up on her toy. They also gave them apple slices. When I specifically ask for extra fries when I ordered. I circled back to let them know that they had given us apple sizes by mistake. And they said next time I should make sure my order is right before I pull off. Maybe they should learn how to do their job properly instead. I won't be visiting this location again."

"Poor service always takes forever. Fries are always ice cold. Asked for new ones last time and they just put the same cold old ones minus 1 pack back to us. Gave them 3 med cold fries and got 2 med ice cold fries in return.. poor service and communication. Unless u speak Spanish"

"What do you guys NOT understand about a PLAIN order? It even says it on the receipt so it said it on your screen. You got the two cheeseburgers as plain but not the quarter pounder."

"I get there this morning and I asked for two hashbrowns and a Sausage Mc griddle no cheese no egg. I get to the first window to pay there’s a mail they’re very nice quick and easy second window there’s a young lady with blond hair she asked me to pull up because they were waiting on my hashbrowns. I get my bag I leave 45 minutes later after I get to work in Trinity I realize that they gave me everything but the sausage Mc griddle all. It was literally just to make griddle patties. I hassle to get back there only to have them try to grill me to prove what time I was there how much I paid and if I had a receipt. I let them know approximately at what time each and everything they asked. I pulled up to the first window now there’s a young light skin girl at the first window where I pay the first time and then I get to the second window and there’s a young Latina girl with tattoos and a pulled back bun Whom I’m familiar with as I’ve seen her before. She looked at me like I had no sense I asked her if she wanted it back that I had it she said no she was good so I’m looking like OK well?? ( in my head because she’s just staring at this point) I tell my husband all the time I see why people go off on them is it right, no but for me to have to go 45 minutes out of my way for you to give me an attitude because you didn’t get it right the first time unacceptable. I really go to McDonald’s and literally every time I do it’s never right. They’re always nasty In regards to attitude of customer service. That’s what happens when you are accusing don’t train them properly to do their job. I did it just like everybody else before them. No value our integrity. Update: they just don't understand! These fries and to wait over 12 minutes for this and to get this $1 fry for $4 is atrocious! From now on when I get a craving I had to remind myself to keep coming back to look at theses photos and why they should stay right where they are with the pay."

"I normally don't do bad reviews...only if it was really bad. (the girl at the lobby register helping me I would give 5 stars , she did her job) I ordered mobile , 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash brown and a drink. My sandwich was a crispy chicken mcgriddle with extra cheese and bacon. It had no chicken and for some reason it had egg. So I drove back to get it fixed. The lobby was full of people waiting ( Sunday morning ) . Several people were having issues with their orders and one came back in having no bacon in the big breakfast. After 10 minutes waiting the girl on register saw me still standing there and asked the back where my sandwich was. She stated one more time aloud that she was waiting on the item I ordered and exactly what was on it. The woman ( blue shirt ,brown hair )making my order had looked over to me after being asked about it and said " I already made that! " like it mattered now when it was wrong . A few minutes later the girl helping me gave me my food and I walked out. When I got in the car I checked it....no cheese or bacon. Really? 7 dollars for that? So I just left after 45 total minutes went by from the time on my receipt. Don't trust this McDonald's on the corner of ridge and 19 anymore lol. My fault for going there ."
