Domino's Pizza 2106 Southwest 13th Street, Gainesville, FL 32608

"I understand that things happen and restaurants can be understaffed but after an hour and seeing online that my food had been out of the oven for 45min, I called and was told it would be at least another hour before the one driver could even be heading out with the next batch of orders. They said they didn't call bc they were swamped. Then I asked about a refund and they said just know I'll receive it but there's no way to verify that I'm getting one... I just will in 3-5 business days bc it's "like a Domino's policy or something". Dreadful that they would not be afforded backup staff or trained to be able to make adjustments regarding how many orders they are filling. (This is either the time to have all manager hands on deck to pick up slack or scale back, pausing online or call center orders or something). Shame."

"My orders always come just the way I order them. They arrive in a timely fashion just the way I order them. The people who deliver my orders are always prompt, polite, and friendly."

"It's not as bad as it used to be, but I do like Little Caesars better. I like Little Caesars price better too. Okay, well, I got the medium hand-tossed pepperoni and bacon pizza, and the pepperoni cheesy bread. The pizza is only so-so, and as you can tell from the photo that I took of my cheesy bread, you will be hard-pressed to find the pepperoni. And I can't taste it at all. But hey, some people like to taste of certain pizza parlors better than others. Domino's is iconic, I cannot deny that. Unfortunately, just like all other industries out there in this current economy, Domino's has really cut back on anything that gets stuffed inside and hidden away from sight (breads, stuffed crusts, etc). In the past, I have also ordered some of their sandwiches. I recommend going to an actual restaurant to get any of those. They're all bread and very little filling."

"This was the first time I order from this dominos since I moved to Gainesville and I am very disappointed. The pizza was way over cooked and I ordered an 8 piece wings there was only 7 in the box and as you can see from the picture those are the tiniest wings and for $11.49 that is a complete rip off. Seeing I was most likely the first order of the day there is no excuse for this kind of service. I understand that it's dominos but the service was disappointing and for the money that was paid for this could have been spent better elsewhere."
