"I made the mistake of walking into that place and placing an order in person. 20 minutes later still no food nor anyone to ask why. when I finally found someone they were rude and dismissive. terrible terrible place do not go I intend to visit tomorrow to waste 20 minutes of the managers time"

"Nobody was in the building yet I had to wait 20 minutes before they asked me to place my order on the kisok machine which I said I would not. I will place my order with a person yet I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. Several people came in behind me and left. The lady at the counter was a bit rude and the facility and building inside was nasty. I wouldn't recommend this place even though it's new."

"I will never order from this location again. I received the wrong order after ordering on Uber. I reordered and call to speak with the manager to reassure I got the right order this time, not only did she get an attitude with me about giving out the wrong order, but I asked that it was made fresh. When I received the order it was the original order and it was also wrong again. Never again."

"Ordered 3 items without sour cream. Arrive home to find sour cream. No receipt given and I used cash. I guess I'm out dinner and $11.26. What a joke"

"Tonight was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. The drive thru worker was argumentative when we asked if we could split our orders, they flat out said “no.” And we continued to order, no big deal. Then, they were argumentative when they got our order incorrect. It turned out that they ran out of what we wanted and almost didn’t tell us. When we got home we realized that 2 items were missing. They didn’t give us a receipt, so there’s no way to ask for a refund. On top of all that, the food we did get was substandard. Just look at what they did to my friend’s taco. The beans are on the outside…"
