"This Papa Johns location never does me wrong. They are always friendly, quick and has a clean kitchen. My only complaint would be the call center Papa John uses is horrible. They can never understand me and always ask me to repeat myself. They always keep pushing/offering other items to sell you, and the call always takes 10 mins longer than it should. You're better off just ordering online or walking into the store and order. Always ready in under 15 mins."
"This is the most helpful, accommodating restaurant staff I’ve ever encountered. I was picking up a large order for a UF business club, and one of my officers accidentally placed the order for the day before; the Papa John’s staff was so understanding and they promptly remade our order without charging us a second time. I am not saying this so people will abuse their generosity, but I just wanted to recognize quality service. Will be returning to this location again. The food was also 10/10."
"Ordered a pizza selected well done and they sent out a pizza totally burnt. The employees should be ashamed of themselves for sending out a pizza like that. They wouldn't serve it to their families or friends. Where's the integrity of this franchise from the cook to the person who boxed the order it ridiculous."
