Wendy's

"Don't know if the food is good, this is the slowest Wendy's in the US. Took my order promptly, now I've been sitting 15 minutes behind a utility truck - you cannot park those guys? My food better not be cold. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Should not even bother to offer breakfast if you cannot provide service. Now I'm at the window, still no service. I come by here a lot, reminded today why I stopped trying to get breakfast here a cople years ago. Learned my lesson now, 20 minutes now, really won't stop here again and telling everyone that I see at today's conference right down the road. Get it together!"

"Slowest service I have ever had at a Wendy's. There was no ice in the fountain drink dispenser. The bathrooms were worse than a cheap gas station. The the cashier decided to have a 5 minute conversation with a customer while 2 of us waited in the line after them."

"Good luck in even getting them to take your order through the drive-through. Wendy’s is by far the worst chain in Florida. The food in Florida is lousy anyway, but Wendy’s ability to bring such poor service and care really makes that obvious."

"Bathroom was not up to Wendys standards at all. Not clean and no paper towels. Food was ok but no sour cream amd they disnt put my sauce for nuggets in bag and we were already leaving when realized. The fries and nuggets also tasted off like oil needed changed. We love wendys but this was a disappointing experience."

"Biggie bag should be called smaller bag. Ghandi ate better! The floor was covered with soda and ice. I almost fell on the wet floor. No employees would clean it up. No ketchup in pumps and no napkins on floor. Unkempt store. Health depth should investigate. Flagrant abuse of franchise."
