"Easy online process of applying for VPK program certificate. They are very fast and helpful. They required us to come into the office to sign for paperwork to use the VPK-SIS (special needs therapy) program. They give you paperwork to take to the participating therapy center. They must then submit a therapy plan to the ELC and have it accepted before your child can start therapy. This is taking a while, so keep that in mind."
