Primrose School of Winter Springs

"I would highly recommend primrose school of winter springs, my son attended the vpk class program last year and always had a smile in his face when he knew he was going to school he learned so much and thanks to his teacher miss palen and all the staff he’s doing so well now in kindergarten. The school director Mrs Diana palen is such a great person and human being and care about all the kids ., I still go and say hi with my son once in a while."

"I would research the reviews about this location very closely before enrolling any child. Unfortunately, my daughter and I did not. My granddaughters attended this location for 5 months. During this time, they were continually sick. There were outbreaks of Hand, Food, and Mouth disease, RSV, Lice and several viral infections. My 8 month old granddaughter has a dairy allergy. We received a phone call from the administration that "by mistake" she was given another babies bottle. We had to rush her to the doctor with the information given to us by the school pertaining to the items in the bottle. Several times I picked her up to find her with a dirty diaper. Another time, I picked up my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter to find her running around without a pull up on under her dress. The administration advised that "she must have taken it off." The children are only allowed to play outside twice a day for 1/2 an hour and have no extra curricular activities. No personal pillows, blankets, water bottles, or food is allowed to be brought in."

"The worst daycare/childcare/VPK available. For the price they charge, it is shocking that the quality of care they provide is so bad. The enroll over ratio for every age group, so my son was never in the same classroom that I dropped him off in, his class would be “over ratio” and he would be moved to a different class nearly every day. The “teachers” were 18-19 years old, with no experience, no training, no education. It was a terrible experience for my son, and myself. I do not recommend this daycare or “educational center” for anyone."

"Both of my children attended Primrose of Winter Springs for years. It was an outstanding experience for our family. My son and daughter learned so much while being cared for by a quality group of teachers. Once they started kindergarten, they were ahead of the game thanks to the curriculum at Primrose. I was also learning how to be a mom and the director, Mrs. Palen was always available for advice. She was always helpful to me as I was juggling my job and wanting to give my kids the best. During our time at Primrose, we experienced two significant health challenges as a family. Primrose was there for us. We received cards and so much encouragement. If you are considering care for your child, I highly recommend Primrose of Winter Springs."

"My son and daughter go here and they have thrived. They came from a previous daycare that wasn't as caring and had a revolving door of staff/teachers. I have seen my shy son becoming more engaged and talkative to his classmates. I feel that the teachers actually care and my kids come home happy!"
