"My son has been going to this facility for almost a year. They have a lot of structure which is what makes kids thrive. I appreciate that they continue to work on hiring employees with integrity and compassion. As a teacher myself, I know how hard it can be to work with kids all day. I am grateful that he has learned so much and is getting prepared for Kindergarten."

"They only allow calm quiet kids, if your kid has too much energy, and dont take naps, this is not the place, teachers get frustrated very easily and they call to pick up your kid if he walks around or off the class room, very disappointed"

"*UPDATE* AFTER A MONTH OF MY SON BEING TARGETED BY THE OWNER AND CONSTANTLY HAVING WRITE-UPS AND ME BEING TOLD MY SON'S NOT BEHAVING MS. JAN HAD ME THINKING MY SON HAD BEHAVIORAL ISSUES. MY SON HAS BEEN IN HIS NEW DAYCARE FOR ALMOST A WEEK NOW. EVERY DAY I PICK HIM UP HE'S HAD A GOOD DAY THEY TALK ABOUT WHAT A GOOD LITTLE BOY HE IS HOW SWEET HE IS HOW NICE HE IS AND HOW HE IS A GOOD LISTENER. THIS NEW SCHOOL RAVES ABOUT WHAT GOOD BEHAVIOR MY SON HAS. I THINK MY SON WASN'T THE ISSUE I THINK MS JAN AND HER DAYCARE WAS THE ISSUE. I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT HER TEACHERS DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER CREDENTIALS AND TRAINING SHE'S FORCING THE TEACHERS INTO POSITIONS THEY'RE NOT READY FOR WHICH MAKES THE TEACHER'S JOBS HARDER WHICH MAKES IT HARDER FOR THE TEACHERS TO CARE FOR THE KIDS PROPERLY. MY SON WAS NOT THE ISSUE MISS JAN AND HER DAYCARE ARE. *THIS DAYCARE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFETY OF THEIR CHILDREN DCF WAS CONTACTED* If I could give this place negative stars I would.( Mind you I've been having issues with this daycare for several months with the owner targeting my son and being targeting my son) I picked my son up from daycare and it was raining outside. I was very upset because the weather was cloudy and stormy and I didn't feel it was safe for the kids to be outside. When I said something to the the OWNER about it she said in an extremely condescending tone " What is the difference of the kids playing in the rain than them play with a water table?" The difference is the weather if it's storming and raining little kids should not be outside my son is 2 years old and they had him outside in the rain with all the other kids. They have the kids outside in the rain because the owner is "cleaning out the daycare" and they don't want the kids in the way. So they make the kids stay outside no matter how bad the weather is so the owner can get done what she needs to get done. You can tell that the owner does not like kids she' extremely rude and condescending she has an attitude that she's better than every single person. When she fired the last daycare director, Ms Jan ended up spending full time in the daycare which she still is and you can see the kids interact with her the kids that go there are terrified of her. She's extremely Petty she targets kids.The old daycare director is my son's mom and when she left Ms. Jan lied about my son, lied about him doing stuff and was trying to get him kicked out of the daycare. She's a terrible person and I can't believe anybody lets her work with kids. If you make the mistake of sending your kid here you'll see exactly what I'm saying. Ms Jan is a terrible person and should not be allowed around kids. I've seen her interact with kids and it's is one of the saddest things I've ever seen in my life. It's like she's afraid to touch the children. Why do you have multiple daycares if you don't like children and you're afraid of them. Another issue I had with this daycare is there's a constant turnover of teachers because of the owner. My son went there for 2 years and had at least 10 different teachers. Do yourself and your child a favor and don't bring them to this daycare. The the owner only cares about money and she does not like children. Don't get the owner confused with the director the owner's name is Ms.Jan she's the monster. Don't send your children to any of the Kids Life Daycares because Ms. Jan owns them all."

"This is my 3 1/2 yr old childs first time being cared for by anyone other than myself. I was nervous that he wouldn’t adjust and have separation anxiety. The owner, Jan, was very knowledgeable and informative with advising and handling the transition, which set us at ease. His teacher, Ms. B was so comforting to him when I dropped him off, as he was in tears. After 2-3 days of a stressful drop-off, with the love and care that he received, he became completely content at drop-off. And at home he’s already demonstrating new things that he’s learned. I’m very happy with our school choice!"

"Kids Life Deltona is worried about nothing but money. I wouldn’t even give them a star the facility calls every week for you to pick up your child up about the smallest inconvenience they overcharge they’re not worried about the safety of your children. Every day I pick my son up there was a mulch in his mouth and he is a one year-old that is a choking hazard. The infant class should not be outside at the same time. The older kids are. Every day when I pick my children up from this facility, their clothes are filthy. Their face is dirty. This is the worst daycare I have ever seen. Miss Jennifer is rude, and Miss Jan is obnoxious."
