"There are better options for child care in this area. If you or your child don't fit into a certain mold, then your young is force feed a hard and fast lesson on favoritism. This was a snippet of our experience. Please consider your chils emotional well-being and physical safety before leaving your child here."
"My child has attended this school since she was 2. She is now in the VPK program. We absolutely love this school! I appreciate the safety measures ladybird takes to keep the children safe with multiple passcode protected entrances, the teachers are kind and respectful, you get updates on your child’s curriculum throughout the day and the best part is my child begs to go to school on the weekends which shows me she’s truly enjoying her time at ladybird. I am grateful to have found this school for my child. I highly recommend! The vpk teachers are wonderful and her former teachers that have known her since she was 2 check in on her frequently which make me feel like she’s part of a family. Five stars!"
"My little bean has been going here since august and so far we love it ❤️ he’s in the Rollies room and I love watching him on camera. the teachers are always answering any questions I have and I think they do a good job with how many babies there are! I love the teachers Olga and Bonnie!!!"
"Both my kids go to ladybird and they absolutely love it. They both have learned so much and everyday come home talking about something new they learned. Ms.Mimi is great! She communicates with us and keeps us in the loop. She had my daughter and also my son and both love her! Ms.Bre is also great. My daughter talks about how she is always doing this for her and loves her. Honestly all the staff are great! I haven't really come across any issues. Ms.gabbie...ms Rachel...ms Netta..and mr.nick have all been a huge help in changing my kids life for the better! So happy we came to ladybird."
"When I enrolled my son, I specifically stressed to the faculty that my son is delayed and has ADHD. That he has some behavioral issues with listening and will need a little extra help compared to other children. They told me no worries and that they handle all kinds of kids. Day one, I picked up my son, the teachers assistant advised to me that he had a tantrum after having an accident and asked me how to handle this. I told her of ways to handle it. This was okay with me. Day 2, the teacher told my mother that my son is a "runner" and we will need to arrive 30 minutes prior to pick-up because she was worried he would run out in front of a car. I saw this as a bit of a weird ask and thought there has to be other ways she can handle my son without requesting this of us but whatever. Day 3, based on what my mother told me, the teacher comes out with my son seeming very frustrated. She tells my son who is upset/throwing a fit "I can't carry you to the car" with an aggravated tone. My mother got out of the vehicle to help and she proceeded to then tell her that my son bit her with the same tone. This is not like my son, at ALL. Regardless, I still believe that her reaction was unprofessional. Instead of having patience with him she seemed very flustered. Right after this event, I decided to call the school and requested to speak with the teacher directly to find out how my son has been in class. She tells me that he does whatever he wants and doesn't really participate with the other kids. Rather than having some kind of action plan on what she can do for him, she just tells me "I have 19 other kids to care for so I can't really focus on him". At this point, I decided to pull him out of the school. When I called back in to do this, there were no questions as to why I would want to pull him out after three days. Just a simple, yes, we can pull him out and have a great day. If you decide to take your kids here, I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. Especially, if you have a child with learning disabilities."
