"I'm currently a mom with a student at this school and Ive never been treated with such disrespect. The principals secretary answered the phone and I simply asked if we could get a message to the teacher over missing homework pages. I'm trying to instill good study habits in my child and it was very disheartening to have Ms Rodriguez (principals secretary) tell me she would not relay a message to my child teacher because "she won't get in between parent teacher communications". Her delivery was as though she was saying "not my job". So now if my child is marked poorly for missing or incomplete homework who is responsible? After much back and forth all she had to do was tell my child's teacher to call me. That's is. She told me she would leave a sticky note in the teachers mailbox. Again zero resolution in making sure my daughters homework is completed this evening. You need a new job lady. That's not how you set our students up for success."
"For you people who say this is a good school have never been to a good school which cares about the success of their children. This place looks as if it’s a prison camp and the staff treat it as a prison camp as well. Teachers are the bottom of the barrel here. They are very under funded which in turn they take way to many kids and can’t help them learn teaching with a book and all to often the kids get left behind."
"No one knows who's doing what. the education level of my child I expect more. They said that they're going to help my child with her learning disabilities. they forgot about her And place the blame all upon her for not doing their work. the most recent problem is the bus My child was assaulted on the bus. they do not want to take responsibility and blame her for it.. she has a witness that she never did anything. Now the mother and the father noted extreme alcoholics caught on film saying that they will tell their child to beat up my child every day until the end of school. I know on Tuesday I have to get a lawyer because of this incident and I don't trust school to do their job to protect my child ."
"Went to this school and loved it. Great school with great teachers. I was here before the new school installations. Well, my fifth grade year is when they started. Also, during my fifth grade year, we got to go to Sea World. Our chaperone let us go on EVERY ride, even though we were late. Great first memories at Sea World. One of my favorite staff was the old guidance counselor, Mr.Diaz. He was so kind and understanding and I went to him everytime I had a problem or felt bad. He also was the one who tested me for gifted, which made me have an easier time completing the test. To be honest, mostly everyone is my favorite teacher/staff member from that school. Thanks for good memories."
