"Food was good and fresh, however it took 30 minutes to get food. Also they quit serving breakfast at 1030, but the kiosk will allow you to order breakfast until 11. We had a large group and everyone had to replace their orders and the whole process was a disaster."

"The service quality at this location is extremely disappointing. The staff often behaves in a loud, disruptive manner, and I've frequently heard them using profanity, regardless of children being present. The level of disorganization is surprising even for a simple fast-food restaurant, leading to frequent mistakes in orders, either being incorrect or incomplete. Overall, the staff's competence and professionalism are in dire need of serious improvement. I now drive 30 minutes to Tallahassee just to avoid this location as I am disgusted every time I've been here. GM and/or Franchise owner should take this review seriously, evaluate the conduct of employees and work towards improving operations."

"I love the Mcdouble bundle. I can ask for no ketchup and mustard (don't like it) and get Mac sauce instead and it's not a problem. I'm happy and I can afford it and I take it and go. I don't eat inside. No reason except I only go if I'm on my way somewhere else so I eat in the car. And I love their frozen coke and get it when the machine is working. It's fast food, it's not fancy, but it hits the spot every time."

"The food was correct, but we ordered the Oreo Frappe, and of course, their machine was down. They didn't tell us that when we ordered and made us wait 10 minutes for a refund when we refused a different flavor. She tried to make us feel like we were the problem because we wouldn't accept a different flavor. Not today sweetie."

"Well this is my second time in 7 days back to McDonald's to have the same thing I had 7 days ago the breakfast let me tell you one thing again very well managed very well clean and everybody is so friendly I couldn't ask for a better McDonald's to eat at very well organized definitely worth five stars never give you a hard time I asked for everything fresh and they did it look how nice that breakfast we definitely recommend this particular McDonald's in Crawfordville Florida it's worth the trip"
