"The Tabasco Chicken with Mac-n-cheese and Greens was so good I kept fighting with myself over which part I wanted to eat more, so I compromised and tried to get some chicken, some greens and some mac-n-cheese on every forkful. Sad that Tamara's is a stationary food truck now and not brick and mortar. But they still bring the flavor like they did in their early days when they were the best restaurant in town."

"Let me tell you if you want to tryouts this place, his is a win win for you, we just left this place and omg the Grouper BLT was espectacular, the shrimp tacos was delicious and the staff so nice I loved I wish we was closer to come again. 100% recommended."

"While vacationing visiting Apalachicola, I stopped by Tamara’s To Go on a whim—never been here before! Nothing is better than a perfectly grilled salmon and Gulf shrimp with their garden fresh salad! Both were served in 10 minutes, fresh and done to perfection—the salmon filet was grilled perfect—moist and so flavorful as was the serving of shrimp seasoned with grilled flavor! What a treat!! I’ll be returning & would highly recommend!!"
