"The drive thru person sucks-i tried to order a crunchwrap 3xs finally all he said when he repeated my order was a flatwrap. I was on my lunch break just said i reckon. I pulled up and it was a flatbread chicken thing that was new. Granted it was alright, aint too keen on eating chicken anymore due to the fact that- they now feeding us chicken thats incubated (not sure if they do there) but its going around the US and they dont have to tell us if it is or isnt until you ask. Sooo...but i picked tgw chicken out and ate the flatbread with this spicy a$$ cheese on it bread was barely warm. Not its finest at Taco Hell. But i was trying to order what unactually wanted too and he justhad the bag in hand basically throwijg it to me with both hands out 1 to grab my card and tye other to hand my food. Guess they didnt want anymore money outta me."

"Honestly worst tacobell I’ve ever been at I ordered 2 3 cheese chicken flatbread melts with no chipotle add nacho cheese when I get my order it has lettuce on it keep in mind they don’t come with lettuce Then when I took it back cause it was wrong they gave me two more with no nacho cheese and chipotle which I asked for no chipotle add nacho cheese I just wish people knew how to read. It cost me extra cause of the add nacho cheese which is fine but I just wish it had my nacho cheese on it"

"Consistently messing up my orders. I'm either not receiving the full order, or I'm receiving like-items and not the actual item I ordered. This seems to be a consistent problem with this Taco Bell and serious retraining is needed among the staff, who are charging us - the customer - full price for items we never receive. Two stars. I would give one star, but I'm gonna give it the benefit of the doubt and hope it changes."

"I went here and order the 3 taco supreme meal with a dr.pepper. She gave me 3 dollar tacos. So I ask her to please fix my order. She proceeded to walk to the back took 4 minutes and brought me back a tiny thing of sour cream and tomato’s. I’ve never in my life seen anything like this."
