"New management seems to be doing well! We went through the drive through with a huge order, and they missed a sandwich. We returned to correct it and the manager was VERY sweet and accommodating. Made sure we had a hot, fresh sandwich and extra goodies to make up for the mistake. I greatly appreciate the staff here working hard!"

"Just go ahead an shut this one down its useless an a waste of time. Employees don't care, you will sit in the drive thru forever. An a good portion of the time they don't get orders right."

"I'm a passing through truck driver. First of all, I've never seen anything like this before at a burger King. Two young ladies was in there with a dog, dog was drinking out the cup by the fountain. The cook, older black lady, told them to take the dog out side nicely, the young ladies started disrespecting the older lady, being loud, calling her the B words, even said, she was going to bring her pitbull up their after work to bite her face off B word again. From my understanding every service dog supposed to have papers. These young ladies was so disrespectful. Whats crazy, they left & came back with some older lady, looking like they wanted to do something to the cook. Whats even crazier, the young lady that took my order with a little acme on her face, & the one with a lot of makeup, working the drive through gave them two bags of free food. Right after they verbally attack their co worker. Where they do that at. I can't make this up, I set right there, watching everything play out. This made me sick to my stomach really."

"Probably the worst Burger King I have ever been to. Walked in, the restaurant was empty, no customers, 1 car in drive through, I think there were 3 or 4 employees there. We waited about 5 minutes for anyone to come take our order. Tables looked like they hadn't been wiped off all day, we picked one that wasn't as bad, but we still had to wipe it off! The whopper that my husband ordered looked pitiful, nothing like the pictures of the whopper on the posters! The fries were the only thing that was hot, burgers tasted like they had been sitting there for quite some time. I would never recommend this BK to anyone! Management needs to step up or shut it down!"

"One fish sandwich was freshly cooked. The second was over cooked but barely warm. The whopper was lukewarm. We were the only vehicle at the drive thru but had to wait just over 5 minutes to order. One car in front of us at the window and had to wait 5 more minutes after we got to window."
