"We ordered through the drive thru around 10:15pm. Food was great and fresh. Service was great, Carl is doing a phenomenal job!"

"I bout a number 4 and I drive off and ate a burger and the it had a lot off old burnt onion s that been on the grill so I threw it out the window and grabbed another burger, and it was full of burnt onions when I said no onions, so I went back to the store and told him he said he clean the grill but still more onions and I never had chili cheese fries with beans yeah, got to do better"

"This is absolutely the worst crystals I have ever been to. I have now tried to get food three days in the past week. All three times i've had to leave after over thirty minutes because I had waited so long. I will not try again and nobody else should either. It is the most unacceptable thing i've ever seen and I never complain."

"We waited about 12 minutes to place our order. We did this b/c it was clear the staff was overwhelmed when we arrived with drive-thru orders. We placed our order at 1:22 p.m. as shown on the receipt. The wrong food was initially sent out to our table. Quickly recognizing this, we brought it to the attention of the staff who collected the food and took it to the car that was pulled up outside waiting on a drive-thru order. At approximately 1:50 p.m. our food was brought out to us. The French fries were barely above room temperature. We asked for fresh fries and the staff member collected and took the barely warm fries away. The staff member never brought the hot fresh fries to us. We could hear the staff raising their voices at one another b/c of "difficulties" with their shift change. Not wanting to add additional burdens on the staff we simply ate the other food and quietly left. My 8 year old son said, "Wow, we could have went to Schooners on the beach and been served faster and have actually got hot food.""

"I went through the drive thru at 6:20pm. After paying I was asked to pull around and my food would be brought out. After 20 minutes I went inside. My food was still not ready. The cashier and the General Manager were very rude. I told them I had been waiting 20 minutes at which time the cashier kept saying it had only been 10 minutes. I even showed them the receipt with the time on it. Finally at 6:50 I was given my food and the cashier rudely said now it’s been 20 minutes. After I got home I was missing 2 burgers and all 3 orders of fries. I had asked for a corporate or owners number and was given a wrong number. Horrible restaurant and employees."
