"We just drove off after we ordered at the drive thru all because of the woman's attitude behind the speaker, taking our order. Or better put, yelling at us like we are a huge inconvenience to her. We simply asked if they had a beef and cheddar special and she forcefully said NO! Afterwards, we continue to order and she interrupted us and was extremely rude. She was obviously having a bad day or something but her service was extremely unacceptable, especially to be in the food service industry. Never driven off from a place but she gave us just a real bad taste just taking our order"

"Worst than your average fast food joint. Extremely rude management who was annoyed at our very existence. Food was old except for the Mozzarella sticks those were as expected hot and fresh, which seemed to be the reason of the managements hatred...having to cook them. The dreaded open bag put into fryer was too much for her."

"12/8/23 5:55pm - i wish someone would fire or at least reprimand and talk to the night manager. i love this location and usually have no issues but each time we have been here she particularly is extremely rude for literally no reason. my boyfriend asked her for bronco berry sauce and she literally said “For what?” and once he told her it’s for his mozzarella sticks (as if he needed to tell her for what), she says “There’s marinara in the bag for those.” like okay? people can’t like and ask for multiple sauces i guess. each and every time we have come here she has been nothing but rude and unpleasant completely unprovoked. we will reconsider visiting this location because this is just unacceptable at this point. i get it if you’re miserable but please don’t bring that to the workplace. i also work in fast food and understand the stress but always put my customer service above anything. if y’all can’t fire her because you need people, i will happily come work there and provide much better customer service. i have seen other reviews presumably about her as well. it really shouldn’t be hard to be polite and somewhat respectful towards customers, especially since their business is the reason you have a job."
