"We had food delivered from this restaurant and it was phenomenal. I was so excited to find a restaurant with gluten free buns. My husband had a burger on a regular pretzel bun and we were both super impressed. We also had their fries, onion rings, and cheese curds, all of which we would recommend. The real star of the show were the milkshakes though. We actually felt bad that someone had to travel with them in their car to bring to us, but they were sooooo good! We'll dine in next time and try an adult milkshake to compare."
"My family was very excited to stop and try the milkshakes and burgers. We started with drinks including water soda and lemonade all that came out on time and in cool cups for us to keep. Next up was the kids burger which my daughter really enjoyed, my son got wings and was very disappointed gave them a 2, wife got the bbq burger which was average but the green tomatoes were great and I got the Alabama burger. The temperature of the burger was warm to cold which was just horrible. The burger was dry and just down right disgusting. I only ate half of it and brought the rest home for my two dogs. Honestly the food so far was a waste of money. Do not recommend at all. Now comes true ice cream which they are 16 a piece fyi but easily can be shared. We got chocolate, sugar rush and peanut butter. All are really awesome for pictures but overall just blah. Best one was peanut butter but at least they gave us tops and we got to keep the plastic mason jars. I would say if you do not have a place like this by your home give it a try. We will be at another dessert place trying something new instead of repeating this 115 dollar dinner."
"It always sucks to have to write a bad review, but keeping it honest and hoping it reaches management for needed improvements. I’m a local small biz owner so I know how hard it is to read and see bad reviews. Not sure what happened to this place but think twice before heading here for a “juicy” burger. The picture should tell you most of the story, but I will elaborate a bit. Sat down for dinner but had to leave so took our food To Go… party of 5, bill was about $115. The Service: (7 of 10) server was cool and doing best he could under circumstances. Every one, and I mean all of the wait staff, seemed to be in the weeds - not one smile, or seemed to be enjoying their job. The atmosphere: (2 of 10) place was dark, none of the TVs were on (weird) and we were looking forward to watching part of a game that night. Food: (1 of 10) It was all wrong. All of us ordered grass-fed beef burgers and what a disappointment. Hey, even the fries seemed wrong. Again, not sure what happened as they used to be a solid 8 of 10 last year. Hope this helps you all improve."
"I was really excited to come here as my husband and I love burgers and fries and I was dying to try the giant shake. My first complaint is everything about the burger was just terrible. I’ve never had such an overcooked burger that had zero seasoning. I had to salt my burger patty and that says A LOT. I got the Florida burger which comes with an egg on it and I assumed it would be sunny side up but it wasn’t. It was scrambled and fully cooked so I was disappointed about that. My husband got the Texas burger and he said his was also over cooked and not seasoned, the onions were burnt, the “Texas toast” was normal bread and it was cold. When it came to the shake we were confused how we didn’t get stomach aches as my husband and I are both lactose intolerant. The chocolate flavor was lacking but it was fun to eat. We would never come back due to disgusting food and bottom of the barrel customer service. Our female server was so rude and looked annoyed when she had to take our orders. She looked like she didn’t want to be there and never smiled or seemed upbeat until she gave us our check. I would give zero stars if I could."
"Great Burgers! We wanted a simple dinner after a long day at the beach. This place was close to our condo, so we gave it a shot, and we were glad we did. The burgers had an old-fashioned diner taste, which was perfect. The onion rings were crunchy and cooked to perfection. We were pretty full, but we had to try a shake, so we went with a Chocolate Supreme. It was delicious, but a tad over the top, but I think that's the point. It was also delivered by a fun little robot, which our daughter enjoyed. Our server, John, was also very nice and attentive. Bottom line, we recommend this place and will be back."
