"Worst place to get anything done at. Waited an hour on stand by, all for them to of course come out at three to tell me that they aren’t taking any more clients. I’ve been fasting all day to get my labs done. I work in Health Care so I understand they want to go home, but given my situation- they still refuse to help. I work 7-7 as a nurse so I cannot do anything under business hours on most days of the week. Wasted an hour sitting there. I’m absolutely furious. The last time I came here it was also horrible attitudes with the workers."

"Today, I purchased my own labs from a website called Jason's Health. I did this because I can't get into see my primary care physician till July, but I know I needed some labs done. I called Quest at 9am and was able to land an appointment for 11:10am for the same day I called. I walked in and the room was decently filled, but patients were coming and going rather quickly. This gave me hope as I checked in at the self service kiosk. I arrived at 10:30am just in case, as I didn't quite know what to expect since this was my first time at this location. I I was called back at 11:16 am (6 min after my scheduled appointment). I was not upset at all. The lady who took my blood was friendly to me, and made me feel as comfortable considering she could see how uneasy I was about giving blood. Some small talk was had but it wasn't awkward. I needed to use the restroom before I tested and I was not given any issues. I got to the room at 11:20am after my pit stop to the restroom and was literally walking out of the door by 11:23am. I'd suggest just get there ten min before your scheduled appointment and you'll be okay. I'd also recommend slotting yours for an appointment rather than going in as a walk-in, just to avoid a long wait time. I had no issues what so ever. The phlebotomist are there to take blood and urinalysis labs and that's it. You can tell they are just so high volume, so they have to keep it moving with little conversation. This didn't bother me, nor did it make me feel like they were unprofessional. I was greeted and sent on my way with respect. I have a few more panels that I need to get in the upcoming weeks, and this location will be my go to spot for any labs that need to be done.. Parking was easy and I didn't have to walk far from the parking lot to the front doors. The waiting room was clean but a bit on the chilly side so id recommend bringing a sweater or light jacket. 10/10 for me."

"I made an appointment for 840- arrived at 830 to check in. I was called back at exactly 840, had my blood drawn and was out the door by 845. Great experience overall ! My phlebotomist did a fantastic job at drawing my blood. Quick and efficient process. I know some people are not a fan of self check in/ QR codes, but I personally prefer it"

"I had an appointment for 11:30. I was hesitant about it being extremely busy or having to wait for hours. I arrived fifteen minutes early just to be safe. When I arrived, there were only a few people in the waiting room. After I checked in, I waited just a few minutes before I was called in. The nurse wasn't very talkative but she quickly drew my blood and within ten minutes of arriving, I was done before my scheduled appointment time. I had a positive experience so hopefully you will too."

"I was extremely upset in the way this place was being run. I was a Walk-in and the time I was given at the kiosk was 2:10pm. That time came and went without being seen. I felt bad for the staff because there were multiple female customers being rude to the staff and barraging them with questions each time a patient was ready to be seen. I waited an additional 20 minutes and placed my name on the standby list again. I was the last patient to be seen after waiting an hour and 45 minutes. I’d try going to a separate location or avoiding the company all together. Michelle was honestly extremely sweet when I saw her and she said I should have been more vocal after the amount of time had passed. The place is just busy and the staff can only do so much."
