"Ordered traditional got boneless. Cold wings. The pizzawas Ordered half double pep and mushroom half cheese.does this look like double double Pepperoni. NO. luckily I won't be back. Driver was great."

"Horrible service will never go back an the Manager didn't seen to care. HE was actually shocked that we had to get up an get our own drink. When he was the one talking to the waitress that couldn't care less about only have 2 people in the lobby. An the server damn sure didn't care , will be calling corporate. When my wings were brought to my table I wanted ranch but she never stuck around or came back and asked if we needed anything else or how the food tasted. The young girl was in the back flirting with the cook and or manager instead of taking responsibility for the only table in the restaurant that she had. This place is trash and has trashy workers. This restaurant will be going down before you know it. Don't waste your time or money at this place. At least hungry howies treat customers like customers and not peasants !"

"Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. Won’t have it again. The Big New Yorker was poorly made. The dough had fell flat and they didn’t care. As shown by the photos this crust was thinner than thin crust and soaked in grease. They tossed it in the box and handed it out the window anyway. $18 pizza trashed and wasted time."

"•Update: We come here all of the time and have always received great service, but last night, 11/6, we did not. We walked in at 9:50 PM. Keep in mind, they do not close until 11:00 PM. There were workers standing up by the counter and no one greeted us or anything. It was like they were bothered that we were there. This one girl eventually said, “Pick up or dining in?” And we said, “Dining in” and she just looked really mad, so I followed up with saying, “If that’s okay?” and she said, “We don’t close till 11.” Right, exactly, so like....what’s the attitude for? We just kept our order real simple and could not wait to get out of there! She ended up trying to be nice at the end, but she had already killed our vibe from the get go. I was already having a bad night too and just wanted some comfort food, and she seriously made it no better. I was once a server. You don’t make people feel that way. The way you speak, the faces you make, and the body language is everything. •I have not been to a Pizza Hut in years! I have been missing out! Our past two experiences (both from this week) have been amazing! Not only are the employees nice and attentive, but the pizza is off the chain! And we can talk about those mozzarella sticks?! The cheese pulls are so satisfying (the last picture shows one, but it does not do it justice lol)! :)"
