Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"If you are hunting for a chicken place to eat do not go here. Easy enough to get to from the road but that is about it. We had never been here before, so we took time to look around and see what the place was like and it was fairly clean in the dinning area. Bathrooms were modern but a little messy. Once at the counter I asked for chicken breast and was told they don't serve breast but only chicken strips. I asked if they had a sandwich that had only white meat and they did. I ordered this as I was thinking it would be like Chick-Fila or KFC. When I got the sandwich, it was like a slider size, the bread was all crunched up and the piece of "breaded" chicken was about a 3" diameter and looked like it had been under the warmer for hours. I took a bite and it was tough and chewy. My wife and I left and we will never be back ! The only thing good was one of the servers that showed up to work while we were ordering seemed to know what she was doing and eager to help, but we didn't get that one to serve us :-("

"My sandwich was so cold and stale that I couldn’t eat it. My sandwich was so covered in sauce that it was all over the inside of the bag. The fries were cold too. Chicken tenders were not worth eating. They didn’t screw up the Dr. Pepper, so great job on a 20% success! The sauce tasted spoiled like it had been sitting out. They didn’t put any napkins in the bag. The staff was flat and not friendly. This is normal for the Zaxby’s experience."

"Went through the drive through on my way home after a very long drive and ordered the grilled house salad. Got home and discovered the chicken on the salad was dried out and burnt to a crisp, inedible to say the least. Called to complain and was told by “ the manager” they would need the food and receipt brought back in order to get a refund. Wasn’t going to turn around and drive twenty five minutes back to the restaurant. Fed the chicken to my garbage disposal. Very disappointed."

"I love Zaxby's. It is a rare treat for me because they do not have them in Colorado. I love getting to have them in Utah or wherever I happen to see them. However I stopped at this location and the food did not remind me of Zaxby's. I don't know if it was dirty oil or what but I did not enjoy my food very much. I gave most of it to my dog. Although the staff seemed very nice I appreciated that. But I do wish I had picked somewhere else to stop for dinner."
