"I needed a break from a long road trip and stopped in for late lunch. Isabella helped me first. She seemed a little new at the job, she was very friendly and eager to help me with my "Have it my way" order. Maryann helped with a couple of items on the POS equipment and was also very friendly in helping figure out a dessert and preparing it. Saved this GPS as a favorite stop in my vehicle. Definitely coming back. Thanks!"

"Started off by waiting 10 minutes to order when there was only 2 cars ahead of me. Waited another 10 minutes for them to take our money. Then we waited another 15 minutes before I went inside to see what was taking so long. They ended up being honest and saying they gave it to another customer. So I waited another 10 minutes for my food. Finally got it and got to my car and guess what, it was the wrong order all together. I started to go back inside where I was rudely greated at the door. I was thinking I am about to finally get the right food. But no that didn't happen. They took my bag and had a return receipt for my order. I asked what was going on and that's when the manager finally came from the office (he was not in his right mind, DRUGS) he said we gave your food to the wrong people so here is your return. I said I didn't ask for a return just wanted my food for my family. I would have went anywhere else to eat but this is the only place that was open. We ended up driving 2 hours to the next place to eat. My daughter and wife finally ate at midnight. Worse place to ever go. Maybe go back to doing drug tests and getting these sorry people out of important roles (even if it is just a burger joint) Managers should be role models and making their employees better to be successful in their careers. But this is what you get when you go off of what someone thinks, feels, and represents instead of their qualifications."

"The Andalusia knocked it out of the park today! Every birthday party I stress what to cook and how much or when to have it ready and thought... why don't we let our local BK handle it this time. Best idea ever! We ordered burgers to be ready around a certain time and prepaid for them. We just really didn't want to spend our family/party time cooking. They were a huge hit and we saved so much time. Thank you guys and gals on the BK crew for our warm and fresh burgers!"

"The food is okay, good enough for a quick bite if needed. It looks the usual "corporate depression" like most fast food places these days. The service is on par with most fast food restaurants and the staff are friendly enough."

"The play area is really needing cleaned. All the tables are dirty and there is food scattered on the floor. I had to take a fry from my 2 year old granddaughter as she was trying to eat it. The high chair is very dirty also. Cleanliness is the only concern we had this visit."
