"Usually great food, seems as though it’s made to order.. just always check your bag before you leave, 8/10 times its missing something. Whether it’s that pesky $0.25 sauce you paid extra for or even the # of chicken strips. But for the most part, one of the better fast food joints in the area."

"Food is good but I get the wrong order every single time I go. Ask for double toast and don’t get it or they give me 4 instead of 6 chicken fingers. They read back my order and they have it right but can’t ever seem to actually give me the right food. So I’d check your bags before you leave with the food"

"I eat this Zaxbys about once a week. I order online most of the time and my order has always been right. The food is always good, and it's been fast for me. The workers are also really nice. Honestly this is one of the better zaxbys I've been to. Keep it up!"

"This trip was highly disappointing! First of all there was not a soul there besides us. We order two straight forward simple meals. I ordered wings and things which is three strips, five wings, fries, toast and a drink. Why did I have to wait 20 minutes for the food and then get home to learn that I was given enough fries for a kids meal if that! The wings are not coated in the sauce. Looks like they squirted some sauce in the compartment tray and tossed the wings on top. So after waiting for what seamed like an eternity for this pitiful excuse for a meal they didn’t even have the decency to give an adult portion. Next time I’ll just go strait to slim chicken. At least there it’s worth the wait!"
