The soy protein was really good consistency. And the corn tortillas did not make me miss flour tortillas, they were made really well. Definitely recommend for vegans and non-vegans alike."

"Absolutely fantastic and delicious plant-based food! Honestly it’s hard to find a vegan food option on the Emerald Coast but these guys deliver. I got the tacos which are made with a “chicken” and topped with a verde sauce and fresh cilantro and red onions. If you are normally a meat eater this would definitely fulfill your appetite. This little family owned food truck is well worth the stop. Friendly and fast service that is satisfying. I’ll be looking out for this food truck at local events and you should too!"
