"Well I use to think this place was great....but then half way thru my Pho I found this little roach in my bowl. Then I thought how many other people drank the same broth that they used throughout the day. If it happened once then it will happen many more times. It may be renovated and painted nicely but the kitchen may need some inspections and an exterminator."

"It was our first time visiting this delightful restaurant. Chill vibe with cool tabletops (see picture). The service is good. The only problem was I ordered (so I thought) was Bun Bo Hue (soup). However, there seemed to be a breakdown in communication. I received the steamed bun instead. It was a happy accident. I actually enjoyed the steamed buns very much!!! The flavor was amazing, and the portion size was just right. The buns were packed with delicious pork and fillings. My son ordered the wonton soup. The broth was AMAZING in flavor. The bowl was filled with a hefty portion of noodles, veggies, and wontons. Usually, you only receive 1 or 2 wontons in a serving. This bowl had 4, and each wonton was packed with pork filling, which was super flavorful. My son doesn't usually like port or wontons, but he LOVED these and ate them all. The milk teas were delicious. My son has Thai, and I had a taro. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pho Eva. We will be back!!!"

"I order the same thing for pick up and the consistency, quality and taste is always perfect! The Eye of Round Steak (Pho Tái) is packaged nicely and easy to combine! The Summer Rolls (Goi Cuon) are so filling and fresh! Great customer service and is ready quickly! Won’t go anywhere else ☺️"

"FANTASTIC. This place hits all the right marks. Great service and super friendly, a terrific atmosphere with calming chill music, and of course the most important thing, delicious food. The Summer rolls are large and tasty. Comes with a peanut sauce that makes it my favorite fresh roll I have had. Of course this wouldn't matter if the Pho fell short. It is AMAZING. Some of the best broth I've ever had. I didn't need to add hoisin or anything to add flavor. All the right ingredients are available and included. Check this place out if you are in the area!"
