"Definitely the worst customer service. I don’t recommend this place at all managers outside smoking while they’re busy. Taking the cashier 30 minutes to do an order for four people. I couldn’t even get my order in I left while I was standing there four other people left as well."

"This is the absolute worst Whataburger EVER. Before the pandemic they were awesome. But for the last 2-3 years they've had terrible and even NO Mgmt, employee's that can't get your order correct 8 out of 10 times, and do not want to work. Takes an abnormally LONG time in the drive thru, if you even want to try it. The last 4 times in a row that I've been have all been bad experiences. I will NO LONGER use this whataburger. Go to the one on Eglin pkwy. They are much much much better."

"Ms Victoria makes this place pretty awesome as a customer, she’s so cute and friendly. I only come here cause she’s just so happy and nice, I’m not sure if she’s a manager but she definitely should be !! She always make sure I have an everything I need. I’ve literally never stood waiting here if she’s working, she’s on top of things !! And if I do have to wait it’s cause she’s dropping a new batch of fries and she lets me know exactly how long. Just a really sweet person!"
