"Y'all really need to do something about the stray cats. Call someone because it doesn't look good for it to a restaurant. I wasn't gonna complain but more than once I've seen employees out the back door feeding the cats and I hope they washed their hands afterwards even if the working registers or drive thru. Makes me not wanna go there. I've lived in the area now going on 2 years and I'd rather not stop. I've got to be starving.... Food/service isn't bad typical fast food stuff like a cold fry here and there because I don't think they get too busy...but then nasty cats got to go"

"I decided to try the new Good burger 2 meal and my burger was Raw . I tried to call back to the restaurant but no one answered the phone . I would like a refund and management should be aware of staff serving raw food . It was not busy when I stopped in to pick up dinner. I also ordered an apple turnover and it was stale . I tried to heat it in the microwave and the icing didn’t melt . I ask it the turnovers were fresh before I purchased it ."

"Went through drive-through. Ordered 2 meals, tried the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It was meh... the Roast Turkey & Swiss sandwich used to be so much better! I'm not sure why that isn't available anymore. I used to order it all the time, but I guarantee I WILL NOT order the turkey, bacon, ranch EVER again. My husband got the curtly fries, and I got the crinkle fries. Those weren't as good as we've had previously, and I'm not sure what was different... maybe the oil needed changing? I also ordered 1 apple and 1 cherry turnover to go with the meals. My mistake for not double-checking before driving away. Got home (which is about 12 miles away) and realized we didn't have them. This was the afternoon of Nov 11th, 2023 around 1pm-ish."

"8-17-2022 lunch time and trying the new hush puppy breaded fish strips. I am impressed with the service more than the meal. The crew today is on it and working hard. Store appears clean (need ceiling tiles replaced but no biggie). The fish strips were surprisingly smaller than I expected- I got the 3-piece and substituted for curly fries. As you can see, all three fish strips were close to the size of my Tatar sauce. They are good tasting but doubt I’ll order them again. I’ll stick to the beef they are long known for."
