I called and spoke with Brittany about the issues with my experience and she was calm, understanding and genuinely wanted to correct the issue. I was afforded a credit and when I returned days later she even remembered me and ensured our order was accurate. As a server in food for nearly 2 decades this is what makes customers return. "This Zaxby was not busy when I dined in. They served the food extremely fast, but no food quality was lacking. The restroom was very clean as was the dining area. Their service was spot on without any errors. My only critique is that the toast had a strange taste to it, but that is a minor issue."
"We love this Zaxby’s! It’s the best one we have been to! My ONLY complaint is the restaurant has been so hot within these last few days. It’s been hard to actually enjoy our meal. Otherwise, great food & great customer service! The Defuniak Springs location should take notes on the food and service Crestview provides!"
