"They didn't post holiday hours on their doors, so you didn't know what their actual opening hours were. I seen that there were employees inside, and they ignored me when I was at the drive up window when I was simply just going to ask what their hours were. I even tried calling, but they didn't even pick up the phone. The manager and owner should be ashamed for having this kind of lousy customer service. I bet the manager doesn't even care! I hope more training or new employees will be implemented here."

"Unbelievably horrible experience at this Popeyes location. It had been a while since I’ve been to one and was craving that sweet tea so I placed an order on the app and headed over. Simple sandwich combo, easy. On arrival I said I was there to pick up my combo I had placed on the app. The clerk went to hand me my bag and I asked where my drink was, it was missing. She replied that she would give me the drink cup once I “signed for the order”. I said oh no this isn’t Uber or DoorDash, it’s mine and held my phone up, showing my confirmation number in the app. She said I still had to sign for it. Well I’m not signing anything for an incomplete order. And I order on mobile apps dozens of times a month at various places and have NEVER had to sign a book with my personal information for all to see. Including other Popeyes, never had to sign anything. Hey I’m Mike mibile order number 123 and that’s it. Gangster thug wannabe manager came up and said I had to sign their book or get out of his store. No problem, refund my money and I’ll never darken the doorway of another Popeyes location again. He argued with me and said I need to contact corporate to get my money back. What a joke. This lousy experience has turned me off from ever spending another penny with the Popeyes corporation again. Shame too, they have some decent food. When you can get it."

"Service was very slow. The people seemed nice enough, but there was a long wait for everyone for anything. There also seemed to be no sense of urgency in making anything move faster. Our chicken sandwiches didn't taste right either, tasted like uncooked flour in the breading. My spicy chicken sandwich wasn't really spicy either."

"Came here for the big family feast, the one with 6 pc signature chicken, 2 chicken sandwiches, 4 biscuits, and 2 large sides. That's a mouth full I know. Pun intended lol. The food came out fast for the amount I ordered. The chicken and fries were still crispy even after steam from the package moistened them and the day after reheat. The Blackened ranch and bayou Buffalo sauce were my favorites. Blacken ranch is top fave. Gonna get more next time i get this meal. The biscuits were soft and had a good buttery flavor. I didn't see any undercooked chicken. I would definately come back here again. Second time around the food took twice as long for almost the same amount. All the sauce requested was completely missing from the order."

"Got Popeye's today... Pros: the banana pudding was good. Their sweet tea is good. Not a long wait once you order. The staff outside and in the lobby were super nice. Cons: At least 1 order rung up completely wrong. Mine may have been right, but then I'm extra disappointed cause there was zero spice to the spicy tenders I ordered. Got a large red beans and rice... And it had a whopping three, yes 3, beans in it. got overcharged ( 50cents+tx ) as they didn't fix the mistake on the register either. We'll likely try it again, but not for a while. That's what happens when you go when they first open I guess..."
