"Always enjoyed red lobster and the same level of service as well as food has been great the 30+ years of coming. This visit was very different first off no LOBSTER dishes, only if you purchased live @market price. Service was spotty as the place was half full and the serving sizes were smaller than usual. Value and my loyalty is in declined. TIGHTEN UP RED!!"

"I had lunch with my wife for my birthday. There was a really bad moldy odor throughout the building. The service was extremely slow. The food was absolutely horrible. I would not have minded the prices if the experience had been better, but I feel I was way overcharged. Red Lobster used to be one of my favorite places, but not any longer. I will not visit this restaurant again. I would definitely avoid this location if you are considering eating there."

"I went to try the roasted garlic crab legs. All it is is regular unseasoned crab legs with a good amount of minced garlic on it with melted butter. I was not impressed with this and it tasted rather bland. It's supposed to be new but I definitely don't recommend it. The portion is big though so if you are a crab leg lover you will definitely get your money's worth. My waiter was excellent. My sangria was good"

"I’ve visited a number of Red Lobster locations in Florida but I have to say that this location is rated the lowest on my list. I believe the server Kiana did her best under the circumstances as I could tell that the problems with this restaurant are most likely not her fault. She was pleasant but definitely not able to be as attentive or be able to provide the quality of service she would have liked. Overall, the food was good but skip the endless shrimp because with the long waits to be seated/serviced throughout your visit, you’d be lucky to get more than 1 refill on your food or drink during your visit. It took forever for them to clear the tables and were so backed up on washing silverware that my food made it to the table before I ever got silverware and my server just had to give me a plastic set which was fine. Luckily I’m just visiting Pensacola because for the price, long wait time, and service, I wouldn’t be back."

"The endless shrimp was phenomenal. You get to pick 3 for your first round and 2 picks after that each time. You can't take a to go box, so make sure you can eat it. Our bartender Katie was the best ever! She was very attentive and personable."
